Most jobs touch more than one of these. Because it’s all our own crew and our own iron, you don’t coordinate three contractors — you make one call.

Driveways, house pads, and RV pads — cut, graded, material added, and compacted so they drain and stay put.
Excavation and shaping for new ponds, plus drainage improvements, swales, and ditching that move water where it belongs.
Trenches and installation support for water service lines and supply runs, backfilled and graded when we’re done.
Conduit runs and utility trenching for power to RV pads, shops, wells, and homesites — with radar locating first, so we don’t find the water line the hard way.
New installations, repairs, tank work, and drain field excavation.
The whole site: pad built, water run, power trenched, septic connected. Park it and plug in.
Radar scanning before excavation and trenching — yours or anyone else’s. Private lines, tanks, and septic found and painted with depths.

Why One Company
Most excavators dig blind past the meter and hope. We own ground penetrating radar and use it on our own jobs — that changes how the whole project runs.
Clearing, pad, utilities, septic, hookups — one quote and one schedule instead of four contractors pointing at each other.
We can scan before we trench. The radar finds water, power, septic, and even plastic pipe that a conventional locator walks right past.
Forestry mulcher, mini excavator, and dozer — our own iron, sized for homesites and acreage, not highway jobs.
Send the address, photos, and what you want done. We confirm scope and price with you first — no surprises on the invoice.
Where We Work

Questions
Nothing. Book online, then text a few photos and rough acreage to (334) 401-2691. Most jobs we can price from that; if we need to walk it first, we’ll set that up on the callback — you approve the number before any work starts.
Yes — Wiregrass Property Management LLC is the company behind WiregrassPM.com, WiregrassMulching.com, and WiregrassGPR.com. Same owner, same crew, same insurance. The other two domains now bring you to their sections of this site.
Mulching grinds brush and small timber in place and leaves a mat of mulch that protects the topsoil — no burn piles, no hauling, usually one machine. Clearing removes material and can include grubbing and a finish grade for a build site. Plenty of jobs use both; we’ll tell you which your property actually needs.
Always — it’s free and required by Alabama law, and it covers public lines up to the meter. Past the meter is the property owner’s responsibility, which is exactly what our GPR utility locating is for. Our trenching jobs get both.
Roughly two hours out of Elba — that covers the Wiregrass and reaches into Southwest Georgia and the Florida panhandle. For bigger jobs, farther is worth a conversation.
Book online and pick the slot that suits — we’ll confirm it on the callback. If it’s urgent, call or text (334) 401-2691.
